# Refund Policy

## Credits

Credit purchases are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if you have not used the service in a way inconsistent with a good-faith trial. Email [support@qacrow.com](mailto:support@qacrow.com) from the email on file to request.

## Failed runs

If a run fails because of a system issue on our end, we automatically refund the credit to your account within 24 hours. You don't need to ask.

## Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and will not renew at the end of the billing period. We do not pro-rate mid-cycle cancellations.

## Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please email us first. We almost always resolve issues faster than your bank can.
