# Redeeming coupons

Open **Billing & Credits → Redeem coupon**, paste the code, and the credits are added immediately. A coupon may be single-use or multi-use depending on how it was issued; once it hits its redemption limit, further attempts are rejected.

Coupons are non-refundable and non-transferable.
